  1. First create a free account, then simply upload your Excel files by clicking +New > File Upload > Browse to select a file from your machine. Zip large or multiple files to save time uploading. Alternatively, you can import your Excel files from cloud storage like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or AWS S3.
  2. Next your Excel files will automatically process and flatten to a tabular file for Gigasheet. For exceptionally large files or with many small files you'll see a loading bar while the file parses and loads.
  3. Use the blue check boxes to select your Excel files to combine. Once 2+ files are selected, hit Combine and a box will appear asking to name your new file containing the combined data. Once a name is provided, click Save and your files will be combined. It's that easy!
  4. Combine files requires that the files have the same number and types of columns. Header rows will automatically be detected as part of the combine process and removed from the data. You can combine up to 5 files at a time for free.
  5. Once complete, click on the newly created file in your Library to view the merged file online. The viewer will open a spreadsheet in a new browser tab for viewing. Here you can filter, search, or create pivot tables and export as a CSV.
