Step 2: Gather Your Shopify Reports Prepare your sales reports from Shopify (as well as Amazon, and any other e-commerce platforms you use). Gigasheet supports a variety of formats, including CSV, Excel, and JSON, to make sure all your data can be easily uploaded.

Step 3: Upload Your Data Once you're logged in to Gigasheet, navigate to the upload section. You can directly upload files from your local machine or connect to popular cloud storage services like Google Drive, AWS S3, OneDrive, Dropbox, and more for seamless integration. If you have sales reports in multiple files or formats, simply zip them and upload. Gigasheet will take care of decompressing your zip file, extracting the contents, and preparing them for analysis.

Step 4: Automate Your Data Integration (Optional) Leverage the Gigasheet API or Zapier integration to automate the refreshing and uploading of your e-commerce sales reports. Set up a workflow once, and let Gigasheet automatically update your datasets with the latest sales data.

Step 5: Analyze and Transform Your Data After uploading, watch as Gigasheet processes your Shopify reports. For large datasets, you may see a progress bar—Gigasheet is capable of handling up to 1 billion rows in a single spreadsheet. Once processing is complete, find your file in the Library, where you’ll see the extracted rows and columns.
