Get Started

Adding data from OneDrive to Gigasheet is straightforward and efficient. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Sign in to OneDrive: To begin, you'll need to sign in to your OneDrive account. During this process, you will be asked to grant Gigasheet the necessary permissions to access your OneDrive files.

2. Connect OneDrive to Gigasheet: Once you're signed in, navigate to the Gigasheet platform and click the Add Data button. If this is your first time using Gigasheet, the Add Data button will be prominently displayed. Otherwise, click the +NEW button in the top right corner of the files page and select "File Upload".

3. Select OneDrive: From the upload menu, select "OneDrive". You'll be prompted to "Sign in with Microsoft" to connect your OneDrive account to Gigasheet via oAuth. Note: Gigasheet does not have direct access to your password.

4. Authorize Gigasheet: After signing in, you'll see a notification page requesting permission for Gigasheet to access your OneDrive account. Click "Continue" to grant the necessary permissions. Rest assured, Gigasheet only accesses the files and folders you choose to upload.

5. Load Files: With permissions granted, you'll be able to select files from your OneDrive account. Use the checkboxes to choose the files or folders you wish to upload. Click "Select" to begin the upload process.

Fun Fact: Gigasheet supports multiple file and folder uploads at once, making it easy to manage large data sets stored in OneDrive.
