How to View a Spreadsheet on Gigasheet?
- Sign up and create an account for free to get started.
- Navigate to +New > File Upload and choose your file from your device or Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or AWS. Gigasheet supports all file formats, including CSV, LOG, JSON, TSV, XLSX, and more. For larger files, zip them to quicken the uploading process.
- After uploading, find your file in the library and open it. Gigasheet automatically processes and parses your data, arranging it neatly into a spreadsheet. Each tab will be processed to a separate file and placed within a folder. You can now clean your data, combine the files, or analyze it using various analytical functions.
Note: formulas will not be maintained, but the raw data will be visible.
Step-by-Step Instructions: Viewing Spreadsheets with Gigasheet
- First, sign up and create a free Gigasheet account. Now, click +NEW > File Upload to import an existing spreadsheet or create a new one. You can import file types such as XLSX, JSON, CSV, and TSV. You can also upload zip files, which Gigasheet will automatically unzip and process.
- To view your spreadsheet, click on the file in your library to open it. The viewer will open your spreadsheet in a new browser tab. If your workbook has multiple sheets, each sheet will be extracted to a separate file and placed within a folder.
- Now, you can clean your data with Gigasheet’s cleanup tools and analyze it using functions and groups. Use our AI Spreadsheet Assistant to carry out complex statistical analyses without intricate formulas to simplify your analysis.
Click the Share button to invite collaborators to view or edit the spreadsheet in real-time. To download your spreadsheet and findings, navigate to File > Download.
